Raja Bahadur International reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹739.95 lakhs (vs ₹674.91 lakhs in Q3 FY25), with total income at ₹748.03 lakhs. Profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹95.72 lakhs from ₹28.44 lakhs a year ago, a roughly 237% rise. For the nine months ended December 2025, the company swung to a PAT of ₹52.93 lakhs from a loss of ₹193.97 lakhs in the same period last year. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Raja Bahadur Realty Ltd and Samvurdhana Realty Pvt Ltd), Q3 PAT was ₹92.70 lakhs and 9M PAT was ₹47.76 lakhs, again a recovery from a prior-year loss. The auditor (Jain P.C. & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
The sharp profit recovery and improved earnings are positive for the stock, but reserves & surplus remain in the red (standalone: ₹-344.12 lakhs; consolidated: ₹-301.75 lakhs), signalling accumulated past losses that investors should keep in mind for long-term sustainability.
