Rajesh Exports' board approved its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 on May 16, 2025, with a clean (unmodified) limited review report from auditor BSD & Co. Net sales for Q3 FY25 stood at Rs. 26,187 million, down sharply by about 49% from Rs. 51,122 million in Q3 FY24, though up roughly 49% versus Q2 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2024, sales came in at Rs. 40,739 million versus Rs. 54,006 million in the same period last year, a decline of about 25%. Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 66 million (EPS Rs. 0.22) versus Rs. 70 million in Q3 FY24, and Rs. 791 million for the nine-month period. The delayed filing (results for Dec 2024 cleared only in May 2025) is also notable, as Q3 results are usually submitted by February.
The steep year-on-year drop in Q3 revenue and the multi-quarter delay in announcing results are red flags that may pressure the stock and weigh on investor sentiment, even as profitability was broadly maintained on a sequential basis.
