The Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for H1FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,241.54 lacs from Rs 1,965.45 lacs in H1FY25, a growth of roughly 14%. Profit after tax showed strong growth, rising to about Rs 125 lacs from roughly Rs 79 lacs in the prior-year half-year. Reserves and surplus jumped to Rs 282.04 lacs (from Rs 151.40 lacs), and short-term borrowings fell sharply to Rs 314.87 lacs from Rs 457.16 lacs. However, net cash from operating activities turned negative at Rs -28.09 lacs versus Rs +593.26 lacs in the prior period, driven mainly by a large increase in trade receivables (up to Rs 848.29 lacs from Rs 674.13 lacs). The auditor (Shivam Soni & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth is a positive for shareholders, but the swing into negative operating cash flow and rising receivables signal working-capital stress that investors should watch closely. Near-term stock impact may be mixed given the divergence between reported profits and cash generation.
