Rajputana Investment and Finance Ltd, a Kerala-based NBFC listed on BSE (scrip 539090) that deals in pre-owned luxury cars, has reported its audited standalone results for FY25. Total revenue from operations declined to approximately Rs. 600.93 lakhs from Rs. 670.74 lakhs in FY24, a drop of around 10%. Profit after tax (PAT) collapsed sharply to just Rs. 5.89 lakhs from Rs. 51.71 lakhs in the previous year, an ~88% decline. The company swung from positive operating cash flow of Rs. 14.55 lakhs in FY24 to a negative Rs. (16.75) lakhs in FY25. Net worth stood at Rs. 406.48 lakhs as of March 2025 versus Rs. 369.56 lakhs a year earlier. Statutory auditor Ayyar & Cherian issued an unqualified opinion, and no exceptional items were recorded.
Sharp PAT erosion and negative operating cash flow signal weakening core profitability and liquidity for shareholders. The unqualified audit opinion is a relief, but the steep earnings decline is a red flag for the stock's near-term outlook.
