Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results, both standalone and consolidated. Standalone profit before tax was about Rs 1,141 lakhs versus Rs 1,219 lakhs in the year ago half, a dip of roughly 6 percent. Consolidated results absorbed a Rs 383 lakh share of loss from joint venture Olive Ecopak. Total assets grew to Rs 33,890 lakhs from Rs 32,003 lakhs. Operating cash flow stayed healthy at Rs 1,358 lakhs. Auditor JASS and Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review.
Earnings modestly softer YoY on standalone basis; joint venture drag on consolidated profits is the main watchpoint for investors.
