Rajshree Polypack posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 7,162 lakh versus Rs 7,270 lakh YoY. PAT was Rs 219.66 lakh against a loss of Rs 93.92 lakh last year. Nine month PAT surged 152 percent to Rs 1,087.44 lakh. Joint venture Olive Ecopak booked heavy losses, so the company wrote its investment down to nil and converted a Rs 4,050 lakh loan into 10 year NCDs at 9 percent IRR. Depreciation was lower due to a revised useful life of plant and machinery.
Strong profit recovery on consolidated basis, but joint venture losses remain a drag. Part of the margin boost comes from an accounting change, not operations.
