MOA Objects Clause Altered to Add Salt and Petroleum Trading Businesses

Shareholders approved an alteration to the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association at the AGM held on 15 September 2026. Two new sub-clauses were inserted under Clause 3(a): sub-clause 5 enables trading in all types of salt and salt-based products, while sub-clause 6 permits trading in petroleum by-products, lubricants, fuels, oils, greases, bitumen, and related items. The changes will be registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, signalling an intent to diversify beyond the existing logistics business.
