Rallis India posted Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 858 cr, nearly flat versus Rs 861 cr a year ago, with PAT falling 17% YoY to Rs 85 cr. For H1 FY27, revenue rose 3% to Rs 1,880 cr and PAT grew 7% to Rs 210 cr. The quarter included an exceptional gain of Rs 14 cr from sale of flats and freehold land. Operating cash flow swung to negative Rs 264 cr in H1 from positive Rs 72 cr last year, driven by a Rs 334 cr rise in trade receivables. Management notes the agri-inputs business is seasonal.
Soft Q2 print with flat revenue and lower profit YoY. Negative operating cash flow and seasonal Q2 dip are near-term concerns despite steady H1 growth.
