Rama Vision Ltd reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 11,387.08 lakhs, up about 27% from Rs. 8,957.05 lakhs in FY24. Despite strong topline growth, profit after tax fell to Rs. 283.21 lakhs from Rs. 338.57 lakhs, and EPS dropped to Rs. 2.72 from Rs. 3.31. The trading segment remained profitable, but the newly-started manufacturing segment swung to a loss of Rs. 107.96 lakhs versus a small profit last year. A worrying sign is that net cash from operating activities turned negative at Rs. -280.33 lakhs versus positive Rs. 596.87 lakhs last year, leaving closing cash at just Rs. 0.80 lakhs. The statutory auditor M/s Suresh Kumar Mittal & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
Higher sales driven by trading volume failed to translate into better profits, and shrinking cash from operations signals working-capital or margin pressure that shareholders should watch. The weak operating cash flow and manufacturing segment losses could weigh on the stock despite the headline revenue growth.
