Ramco Industries reported standalone revenue of Rs. 1,443.50 crore for FY26 vs Rs. 1,402.40 crore in FY25, a marginal 3% increase. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1,792.22 crore from Rs. 1,674.05 crore. Standalone net profit rose to Rs. 99.03 crore from Rs. 88.36 crore, while consolidated net profit improved significantly to Rs. 135.63 crore from Rs. 106.43 crore. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share. Exceptional items included a Rs. 7.86 crore reversal of Entry Tax provision and Rs. 0.23 crore profit on investment sale. Auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions for both standalone and consolidated results.
The company delivered healthy profit growth of around 27% on consolidated basis, beating the 25% threshold. The clean audit opinion and dividend payout are positive signals for shareholders. The Entry Tax dispute resolution removes a contingent liability overhang.
