Ramco Systems reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 853.89 Mn (versus Rs 877.68 Mn YoY), a slight decline. Standalone PAT rose sharply to Rs 86.88 Mn from Rs 48.82 Mn, helped by Rs 116.99 Mn dividend income from wholly owned subsidiaries. Consolidated revenue grew about 7 percent to Rs 1,727.70 Mn but consolidated PAT fell to Rs 5.62 Mn from Rs 10.82 Mn. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review report. Board also approved CFO change: Mr. Ravikula Chandran R retires Nov 30, 2026, and Mrs. Gayathri R will take over from Dec 1, 2026.
Standalone earnings lifted by subsidiary dividends, not core growth. Consolidated PAT weak despite revenue rise. Smooth CFO transition planned but watch execution.
