Ramco Systems reported audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY25. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 18.5% to Rs. 3,250.29 Mn from Rs. 2,741.77 Mn in FY24, while consolidated revenue rose about 12.5% to Rs. 5,913.42 Mn from Rs. 5,258.31 Mn. The company sharply narrowed its losses — standalone net loss shrank to Rs. 100.74 Mn from Rs. 1,131.70 Mn, and consolidated net loss came down to Rs. 342.10 Mn from Rs. 2,416.72 Mn. In Q4 standalone, the company swung back to a profit before tax of Rs. 71.08 Mn, compared to a loss of Rs. 24 Mn in the year-ago quarter. Statutory auditors (M.S. Jagannathan & N. Krishnaswami) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also reported zero borrowings as at March 31, 2025, down from Rs. 129.97 Mn a year earlier, and appointed M/s. Sriram Krishnamurthy & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26 to FY29-30.
Despite still reporting a net loss for the full year, the dramatic reduction in losses, return to Q4 profitability, solid revenue growth, clean audit opinion, and debt-free balance sheet signal a meaningful operational turnaround that should be viewed positively by shareholders.
