Ramco Systems' Board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 on November 4, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified limited review report. On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,757.76 Min (USD 20.29 Min), up about 23% from Rs. 1,425.12 Min in Q2 FY25, and total income reached Rs. 1,770.83 Min. Consolidated net profit surged to Rs. 125.97 Min (EPS Rs. 3.37) in Q2, compared with a loss of Rs. 96.42 Min in the same quarter last year. For H1 FY26, consolidated revenue climbed to Rs. 3,419.17 Min from Rs. 2,816.75 Min, and PAT swung to a profit of Rs. 136.79 Min from a loss of Rs. 291.98 Min. On a standalone basis, Q2 revenue was Rs. 867.82 Min with a small net profit of Rs. 9.44 Min, while H1 standalone PAT was Rs. 58.26 Min versus a loss of Rs. 267.82 Min a year ago. The results were aided by bad-debt reversals of Rs. 22.87 Min (standalone) and Rs. 35.72 Min (consolidated) and a forex gain.
A sharp year-on-year turnaround in profitability on both standalone and consolidated bases, combined with ~23% consolidated revenue growth, signals improving business momentum and may be viewed positively by shareholders. Stable operating cash flow (Rs. 724 Min standalone, Rs. 750 Min consolidated in H1) and a clean audit report further support confidence, though the standalone Q2 profit remains thin.
