Raminfo Ltd posted strong year-on-year growth in Q3 FY26, with standalone revenue from operations rising nearly 89% to ₹780.51 lakhs from ₹412.61 lakhs a year ago. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue almost doubled to ₹3,126.93 lakhs versus ₹1,613.37 lakhs in the same period last year, an increase of about 94%. Standalone net profit for Q3 surged to ₹86.29 lakhs from ₹22.25 lakhs, while nine-month PAT grew around 39% to ₹167.46 lakhs. Standalone EPS for the quarter stood at ₹1.05 versus ₹0.29, and 9M EPS rose to ₹2.15 from ₹1.59. Consolidated results showed similar trends, with nine-month net profit at ₹166.24 lakhs and total revenue of ₹3,294.66 lakhs. The auditor (Akasam & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth on a YoY basis is a positive signal for shareholders, though the sequential drop in revenue from the September 2025 quarter (₹1,184 lakhs to ₹780 lakhs) suggests some quarter-on-quarter volatility. Overall, the results indicate healthy business expansion.
