Ramky Infra reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 4,712 million, up 24% YoY from Rs 3,792 million. However, consolidated PAT fell to Rs 388 million from Rs 770 million, hit by higher finance and operating costs. Standalone PAT rose 31% to Rs 715 million. Auditor flagged going concern issues at Hospet Chitradurga Tollways subsidiary, NHAI deduction disputes of Rs 2,509 million at Srinagar Banihal Expressway, and a Rs 159 million liability write-back.
Mixed quarter: strong revenue growth but consolidated profit pressure from higher costs. Watch subsidiary-level risks at tollway and expressway units.
