Ramky Infrastructure reported standalone revenue of Rs 16,789 million for FY2026, down 14.7% from Rs 19,694 million in FY2025, reflecting challenging market conditions. However, standalone net profit grew 27.6% to Rs 3,319 million, boosted by an exceptional gain of Rs 1,561 million from sale of 51% stake in Visakha Pharmacity Limited. The company wrote off receivables of Rs 723 million during Q4 due to assessment of recoverability. Consolidated revenue rose 11.3% to Rs 34,514 million, but consolidated PAT dropped significantly to Rs 692 million from Rs 2,718 million due to losses in subsidiaries. The company also announced a 10% dividend and is setting up a UAE subsidiary for water and wastewater business.
Despite standalone profit growth driven by one-time gains, the 74.5% decline in consolidated profit and Rs 723 million write-off signal underlying stress in subsidiary operations. Negative operating cash flow of Rs 2.6 billion and trade receivables increase of Rs 3.5 billion raise concerns about working capital management and cash generation ability.
