Ramky Infrastructure's Board approved a final dividend of 10% (INR 1 per share on INR 10 face value) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The company reported standalone net profit of INR 3,318.80 million for FY 2026, up from INR 2,600.84 million in the previous year, despite lower revenue from operations of INR 16,789.27 million (vs INR 19,693.63 million). An exceptional gain of INR 594.60 million was recorded from sale of 51% stake in Visakha Pharmacity Limited. The company also wrote off receivables of INR 723.48 million and wrote back liabilities of INR 68.40 million. The Board approved setting up a subsidiary in UAE for water and wastewater sector operations, and accepted the resignation of Company Secretary Mr. Kesava Datta N.
The dividend is modest and consistent with prior periods, indicating stable but not exceptional shareholder returns. The higher net profit despite lower revenue suggests improved operational efficiency. The going concern issues noted for one subsidiary (Hospet Chitradurga Tollways) and arbitration disputes with NHAI for another subsidiary are notable risks.
