On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts more than its Holding Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BSE and NSE gave in-principle approval for Rane Holdings to issue 3,38,030 convertible warrants to its promoters at a price not less than Rs. 1,183.32 per warrant (face value Rs. 10). The board and shareholders had already cleared the preferential issue in May and June 2026. Each warrant can later be converted into one equity share. This is the stock exchanges' initial clearance, not the final listing approval.
Promoters committing fresh capital signals confidence in the company. Warrants conversion will lead to equity dilution for existing shareholders once exercised.
