Rane (Madras) posted strong Q1 FY27 consolidated results. Revenue grew 18.8% YoY to 1,050.6 Cr, driven by domestic passenger vehicle and tractor demand plus 24% growth in international sales and 28% rise in aftermarket. EBITDA rose 22% to 95.8 Cr with margin expanding 24 bps to 9.1%. PAT surged 62.5% to 30.1 Cr. Finance costs fell 9.2%. The company announced acquisition of Hindustan Composites friction business on slump sale basis and secured new orders worth about 2,040 Cr in lifetime value.
