Ranjit Securities, an NBFC, reported FY26 audited results with revenue from operations up about 68% at Rs 150.63 lakh from Rs 89.81 lakh. Profit after tax, however, plunged about 87% to Rs 6.65 lakh from Rs 51.03 lakh due to sharply higher expenses, especially loan provisions rising to Rs 12.94 lakh from Rs 4.53 lakh. Total expenses surged to Rs 170.95 lakh from Rs 77.74 lakh. Q4 alone posted a loss of Rs 24.89 lakh. Board approved 32nd AGM on September 30, 2026. Statutory auditor gave an unmodified opinion. EPS at Rs 0.25 vs Rs 1.90.
Sharp PAT drop despite revenue growth signals margin pressure. Higher loan provisions and Q4 loss are concerns for investors.
