Rapicut Carbides reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025). Revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 2,077.73 lakhs, up about 78% from Rs. 1,167.32 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue grew roughly 49% YoY to Rs. 4,697.23 lakhs (vs Rs. 3,151.01 lakhs). The company swung from a loss of Rs. 161.23 lakhs in Q3 FY25 to a profit after tax of Rs. 157.33 lakhs in Q3 FY26. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 2.93 vs a loss of Rs. 3.00 in the year-ago period. Statutory auditor K C Mehta & Co LLP issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report. The company operates in a single segment — Tungsten Carbide Products.
Sharp revenue growth and a return to profitability from year-ago losses are clearly positive for shareholders and likely to support the stock price in the near term. Investors will, however, want to watch whether the strong margins are sustainable in coming quarters.
