Rapid Multimodal Logistics Limited (BSE SME, Scrip: 544237) announced its H1 FY26 (April–September 2025) unaudited results on November 14, 2025. Revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs. 6,969.09 lakhs from Rs. 4,378.51 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 59% year-on-year. However, profit after tax fell steeply to Rs. 47.34 lakhs from Rs. 127.70 lakhs, with basic EPS dropping to Rs. 1.24 from Rs. 4.30. Total expenses climbed to Rs. 6,913.83 lakhs, led by a big jump in cost of services to Rs. 6,728.26 lakhs, which squeezed operating margins. The statutory auditor (Jay Gupta & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong top-line growth is positive, but the sharp fall in PAT and earnings per share signals margin pressure from rising service costs, which may weigh on the stock in the short term despite healthy revenue momentum.
