Rasandik Engineering reported a Q1 FY27 net loss of 71.48 lakhs, narrower than 112.31 lakhs loss a year ago. Revenue grew about 27% to 1,760 lakhs from 1,387 lakhs. However, current liabilities exceed current assets by 1,383.90 lakhs, prompting a going concern note from the auditor. Auditor also flagged capital work in progress worth 320 lakhs tied to the stalled Singur project and a contingent EPCG interest liability of about 759 lakhs, up from 747 lakhs.
Loss narrowed and topline grew, but going concern flag and rising contingent liabilities remain key risks for shareholders.
