Rashi Peripherals reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,51,727 million for FY2026, up 14.4% from Rs 1,32,578 million in FY2025. Standalone PAT grew 29% to Rs 2,614 million from Rs 2,026 million. Q4 standalone PAT was Rs 760 million on revenue of Rs 42,068 million. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (40% on face value Rs 5). Consolidated PAT was Rs 2,823 million, up 34.6% YoY. The auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. During the year, the company sold its 51% stake in subsidiary Znet Technologies for Rs 20 million. IPO proceeds of Rs 5,541 million have been fully utilized. The company recognized Rs 210 million in employee stock option expenses.
