Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has fixed October 10, 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders entitled to the final dividend of ₹1.32 per equity share for FY ended March 31, 2025. The 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM via video conferencing.
