RCF posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 3,585.71 cr, up 6.4 percent YoY. PAT rose 37 percent to Rs 74.29 cr from Rs 54.12 cr. Energy norm revision for Thal Unit reduced subsidy income by Rs 39.02 cr this quarter and Rs 132.52 cr for FY25-26. Board approved raising up to Rs 1,100 cr via NCDs in 12 months. Gas pool dispute with GAIL stands at around Rs 203 cr exposure.
Lower subsidy from energy norm revision and pending GAIL gas dispute are key risks. Debt raise plan signals capex or refinancing needs.
