Ratnabhumi Developers reported a strong turnaround for FY25 with standalone revenue from operations jumping to ₹21,419.71 lakhs from just ₹50.97 lakhs in FY24, driven by project deliveries/inventory recognition. Standalone profit after tax surged to ₹570.82 lakhs (from ₹31.02 lakhs), while consolidated PAT rose to ₹573.33 lakhs (from ₹26.48 lakhs). On a quarterly basis, Q4 FY25 standalone revenue was ₹3,371.27 lakhs with PAT of ₹250.70 lakhs and EPS of ₹1.83. Auditor DJNV & Co issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also appointed M A A K & Associates as new statutory auditor and Ms. Insiya Nalawala as secretarial auditor, both for a five-year term starting FY26.
Massive revenue and profit growth reflect successful project execution and inventory conversion in FY25. Operating cashflow swung sharply positive to ₹9,028 lakhs (vs -₹4,904 lakhs in FY24) and borrowings were cut from ₹18,378 lakhs to ₹11,447 lakhs, strengthening the balance sheet. Short-term positive for shareholders; however, the lumpy nature of real estate revenues and continued high debt (D/E ~2.8x) remain key things to watch.
