Ratnamani Metals & Tubes reported weak Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue fell about 30% YoY to Rs 741 cr, with PAT dropping 63% to Rs 54 cr (EPS Rs 7.71 vs Rs 20.68). Consolidated revenue declined about 16% to Rs 972 cr and PAT fell about 16% to Rs 107 cr (EPS Rs 11.72). Margins compressed on weak demand and higher input costs. Steel Tubes remained the core segment; Pipe Spools swung to profit of Rs 6 cr from a loss. Auditor Kantilal Patel & Co. issued an unmodified review report. The company also acquired 75% in a new Middle East subsidiary during the quarter.
Weak quarter with sharp profit decline due to lower revenue and margin pressure; near-term outlook looks soft despite Middle East expansion.
