The Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor opinion from Kantilal Patel & Co. Standalone revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 4,876.14 crore (vs Rs. 4,806.77 crore in FY24), while standalone net profit slipped to Rs. 578.01 crore from Rs. 608.61 crore. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 5,186.47 crore but consolidated PAT fell to Rs. 541.57 crore from Rs. 625.10 crore. A hefty dividend of Rs. 14 per share (700%) on 7,00,92,000 shares has been recommended, subject to AGM approval. The Board also approved enabling resolution for raising up to Rs. 500 crore via private placement of NCDs and appointed new Secretarial, Internal, and Cost Auditors.
The 700% dividend is a strong positive for shareholders seeking income, with record date September 2, 2025. However, the year-on-year decline in both standalone and consolidated PAT, along with margin compression despite revenue growth, signals cost pressure that may temper the stock's near-term reaction.
