On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.4 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
RattanIndia Power reported H1 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 1,475.68 crore, down from Rs 1,614.26 crore, and a net loss of Rs 47.62 crore versus Rs 88.68 crore profit in the prior-year half. EBITDA was Rs 337 crore, with margin narrowing to 22.8% from 28.3%. The Amravati plant achieved 78.98% plant load factor and 85% availability. CRISIL upgraded its short-term bank facility rating to A3+, while change-in-law payment claims remain pending.
Lower revenue and a loss may pressure the stock. Better efficiency and the rating upgrade help, while regulatory recoveries offer uncertain upside.
