Ravi Kumar Distilleries reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,508 lakhs, down 21.6% YoY from Rs 1,923 lakhs. Nine-month revenue fell 25% to Rs 4,069 lakhs versus Rs 5,426 lakhs last year. Profit was thin at Rs 1.92 lakh for the quarter and Rs 8.73 lakh for 9M. Auditor highlighted disputed receivables of Rs 2,900 lakhs, unconfirmed debtors, pending statutory dues of Rs 282 lakhs, and ongoing labour law assessment as emphasis of matter.
Sharp revenue drop and auditor concerns over recoverability may keep sentiment weak despite marginal profit.
