Ravinder Heights posted Q1 FY27 standalone loss of Rs 10.82 Lakh vs Rs 17.11 Lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Consolidated loss narrowed to Rs 12.12 Lakh from Rs 51.97 Lakh. However consolidated revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 1.34 Lakh from Rs 12.72 Lakh. Auditor issued unmodified opinion on results. FY26 full year included Rs 7,500 Lakh revenue from Bestech collaboration deal via subsidiary Radhika Heights.
Losses continue but narrowing year-on-year; weak operational revenue remains a concern for shareholders.
