Raw Edge Industrial Solutions reported weak Q1 FY26 results with revenue from operations falling to ₹804.44 lakhs, down about 20.7% from ₹1,014.43 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company posted a net loss of ₹27.43 lakhs, more than double the ₹12.99 lakh loss in Q1 FY25, as total expenses of ₹837.53 lakhs exceeded total income. Loss per share widened to ₹0.273 from ₹0.129 a year ago. On the positive side, the debt-equity ratio improved to 0.929 from 1.071, though the interest service coverage ratio dropped sharply to 0.122 from 0.635. Separately, the board appointed a new internal auditor and a secretarial auditor for five years, and re-designated the CFO from Executive Director to Whole-time Director.
