Raymond Lifestyle Ltd reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 6,88,800 lakhs, up 11.5% from Rs 6,17,674 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 20.9% to Rs 4,617 lakhs from Rs 3,819 lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. Exceptional items were a loss of Rs 12,854 lakhs (vs Rs 6,228 lakhs in FY25), including Rs 6,996 lakhs write-down of apparel receivables and inventory, and Rs 4,648 lakhs impact from new labour codes. The Board recommended a 50% dividend (Rs 1 per share) subject to shareholder approval. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 54,623 lakhs. Textile segment showed strong profit growth to Rs 44,978 lakhs, while Apparel segment posted loss of Rs 12,404 lakhs.
The clean audit opinion is reassuring, but the significant increase in exceptional items and negative operating cash flow are concerns. PAT growth of 21% is solid but missed 25% threshold. The dividend offer provides some shareholder return amid mixed operational signals.
