Raymond Lifestyle posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,849 crore, up 5 percent YoY. EBITDA rose 23 percent to Rs 271 crore with margin expanding to 14.4 percent from 12.3 percent. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 9 percent to Rs 5,112 crore and EBITDA rose 18 percent. Branded Textile led with 11 percent revenue growth, while Garmenting fell 17 percent on US tariff impact. An exceptional loss of Rs 57 crore in Q3 reflects the new Labour Codes impact. No audit qualifications.
Strong margin expansion and textile growth offset Garmenting weakness and a one-time labour code charge; mixed results overall.
