Q2 FY26 consolidated total income rose 20% to ₹706 crore; EBITDA grew 7% to ₹101 crore, but margin fell to 14.3% from 16.1%. Profit was ₹60.18 crore versus ₹4.92 crore, but earnings per share fell to ₹9.04 from ₹29.83 following issuance. Bookings fell to ₹455 crore from ₹562 crore; six-month operating cash flow was negative ₹319.08 crore. Net cash: ₹48 crore; first-half loans to subsidiaries were ₹353.01 crore. The demerger limits comparisons.
Profit grew, but per-share earnings fell after share issuance; weak bookings, margin and cash flow may weigh. Second-half launches are catalysts.
