Consolidated Q2 FY27 total income was Rs 757 crore, up 7% year on year, and revenue was Rs 749 crore. EBITDA rose 14% to Rs 115 crore, with margin up to 15% from 14%. Profit after tax fell 12% to Rs 53 crore. Booking value nearly doubled to Rs 902 crore and collections rose 67% to Rs 682 crore. H1 operating cash outflow narrowed to Rs 147 crore from Rs 319 crore. Net debt was Rs 912 crore and debt-to-equity was 0.8 times.
Strong bookings and margin gains support growth, but lower profit and ongoing cash use may cap gains despite improving cash flow and low leverage.
