Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Consolidated Q2 total income rose 7% to Rs 757 crore; EBITDA rose 14% to Rs 115 crore, lifting margin to 15% from 14%. Profit after tax fell 12% to Rs 53.06 crore. Consolidated H1 operating cash outflow was Rs 147.02 crore. Bookings rose 98% to Rs 902 crore, while net debt was Rs 912 crore and debt-to-equity was 0.8x. The auditor review was unmodified.
Margin gains and bookings support growth, but lower profit and cash outflow are concerns; leverage stays within its 1.0x ceiling.
