Board approved unaudited Q2 and half year results for September 30, 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 24.2% to Rs 65,516 lakh and net profit rose 131% to Rs 3,206 lakh. Half year revenue was Rs 126,077 lakh, net profit Rs 6,291 lakh and operating cash flow negative Rs 4,953 lakh. Auditor raised no qualification. Prior-year half year included Rs 530,753 lakh profit from the realty demerger. It issued 6.66 million warrants to a promoter entity.
Quarterly growth may support the stock, but negative operating cash flow and possible dilution from convertible warrants are concerns.
