RDB Rasayans Ltd's Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 and nine months ended 31st December 2025 at its meeting on 10th February 2026. The Limited Review Report by statutory auditors L.B. Jha & Co, LLP is clean (unqualified) - nothing came to their attention requiring any change to disclosures under SEBI LODR Regulation 33. Revenue from operations for the nine-month period grew roughly 20% year-on-year, while profit after tax for the nine-month period jumped about 80% versus the prior-year period. EPS for the reporting period stood at Rs. 15.75. The Board noted the new Labour Codes (effective 21 November 2025) have been assessed as having no material impact on results. IPO proceeds continue to be deployed as planned - Rs. 1,716.11 lakhs utilized so far, with Rs. 1,818.63 lakhs balance parked in fixed deposits and mutual funds. The company also obtained a provisional West Bengal Entry Tax settlement under the SOD scheme, paying Rs. 29.26 lakhs against a Rs. 36.69 lakhs provision, with the excess Rs. 7.43 lakhs not yet written back pending final closure.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and PAT is positive for shareholders. The clean auditor review and continuity of the same statutory auditor point to stable governance. A possible future writeback of excess West Bengal Entry Tax provision is a small additional positive.
