Real Eco-Energy Ltd reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs. 37.03 lakhs entirely from the trading segment, with no revenue in Q1 FY26 and a Q1 loss of Rs. 76.72 lakhs dragging H1 FY26 into a loss of Rs. 40.24 lakhs (vs Rs. 6.64 lakh loss in H1 FY25). Q2 standalone profit came in at Rs. 36.48 lakhs. Other three segments — construction, media, and bio-diesel — generated no revenue. Annualised H1 revenue (~Rs. 74 lakhs) is far below the Rs. 334.74 lakhs reported for full-year FY25. The auditor (N.S. Nanavati & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The balance sheet shows deeply negative other equity of Rs. 1,403.54 lakhs and borrowings of Rs. 474.92 lakhs against a Rs. 2,000 lakh share capital.
Shareholders should note the sharp revenue drop versus FY25, half-year loss, and accumulated losses wiping out most of the share capital — but a clean auditor review and positive Q2 turnaround provide some comfort. Stock may remain volatile given weak fundamentals and concentrated trading-segment dependence.
