Shamrock Industrial Company has informed BSE about receiving a disclosure from four acquirers acting in concert — Lotus Excel Wealth Creators LLP, HODL Systems LLP, Bagepalli Vijaykumar Harish, and Rattan Kapoor. Together they acquired 16,36,899 equity shares (30.15% of the company) from the existing promoters via an off-market Share Purchase Agreement dated 29th May 2025, with the actual share transfer completed on 11 August 2025 and 26/27 September 2025. Three of the four acquirers (Lotus Excel, Bagepalli Harish, and Rattan Kapoor) each received 5,45,633 shares (10.05% each); HODL Systems LLP received zero shares but is part of the persons acting in concert.
