Redtape Limited's board met on May 27, 2025 and approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors giving an unmodified opinion. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 stood at about Rs. 2,019 crore versus Rs. 1,849 crore in FY24, with profit for the year at roughly Rs. 178 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 (12.5%) per equity share of Rs. 2 face value, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 4th AGM, with the record date set for August 1, 2025. Together with the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share already paid, total dividend for FY25 works out to Rs. 2.25 per share. The filing also notes that a 3:1 bonus issue was completed on February 5, 2025, which expanded the share base from about 13.8 crore to around 55.3 crore shares.
The combined Rs. 2.25 per share dividend for FY25 offers a reasonable income for shareholders, and healthy revenue and profit growth signal steady business momentum. Short-term share price may react modestly to the relatively small final dividend, while the earlier 3:1 bonus keeps per-share metrics on a post-bonus comparable basis.
