Record date fixed for extinguishment of promoter shares under IBC resolution plan

ARSS Infrastructure has fixed 19-Dec-2025 as the record date to extinguish 1,06,19,468 equity shares, which is the entire stake held by erstwhile promoters and promoter group. This follows the NCLT Cuttack Bench order dated 29-Aug-2025 approving Ocean Capital Market Limited's Resolution Plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The existing promoter shareholding will stand fully cancelled and reduced to zero as part of the approved restructuring.
