Record date set at Oct 15, 2026 for quarterly distribution

PropShare Platina REIT has fixed October 15, 2026 as the record date for its quarterly distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The distribution was declared by the Board of the Investment Manager on October 12, 2026. Payment will be made on or before October 23, 2026. Unitholders on the books as of the record date are eligible.
