Record date set for Q1 FY26-27 distribution

PropShare Celestia (PSCelestia), the third scheme of Property Share Investment Trust, has fixed July 16, 2026 as the record date for its quarterly distribution to unitholders for Q1 FY2026-27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Distribution payment will be made on or before July 23, 2026. The decision was approved at the Board meeting of the Investment Manager, PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited, held on July 13, 2026.
