Redtape Ltd reported FY 2025-26 standalone revenue of Rs. 2,41,451 lakh, up ~19.6% YoY (FY25: Rs. 2,01,846 lakh), and standalone PAT of Rs. 24,416 lakh, up ~32.3% YoY (FY25: Rs. 18,448 lakh). EBITDA stood at Rs. 32,767 lakh vs Rs. 24,727 lakh prior year. Finance costs rose to Rs. 6,804 lakh from Rs. 5,087 lakh. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (Record date: July 31, 2026), on top of an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 already paid. Mr. Shashank Kumar was redesignated as Vice-President (Administration), becoming part of Senior Management Personnel. Statutory auditors Ashwani & Associates issued an unmodified opinion, but included an Emphasis of Matter noting an Income Tax search under Section 132 conducted in September 2025 at premises of directors and employees; the financial impact remains unascertained. Internal auditor M/s Surinder Mahajan & Associates and cost auditor Mr. Arun Kumar Srivastava were reappointed for FY 2026-27.
Strong revenue and PAT growth reflect operational improvement, but rising finance costs and the ongoing IT search proceedings (with unquantified impact) are risk factors that investors should monitor closely.
