Redtape Limited reported standalone revenue of Rs. 2,41,451 lakh for FY 2025-26, up ~19.6% from Rs. 2,01,846 lakh in FY 2024-25. Profit after tax grew ~32.3% to Rs. 24,416 lakh from Rs. 18,448 lakh. EBITDA margin expanded from ~11.3% to ~13.6% (estimated), indicating improved operational efficiency. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (subject to shareholder approval), following an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 already paid. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. However, an Emphasis of Matter was raised regarding Income Tax Department search operations conducted in September 2025 at premises of directors and employees; the consequential financial impact, if any, remains unascertainable. The company also reappointed its internal and cost auditors for FY 2026-27 and redesignated Mr. Shashank Kumar as Vice-President (Administration), making him part of Senior Management.
Strong revenue and PAT growth with margin expansion is positive; however, the unresolved Income Tax search (Emphasis of Matter) introduces regulatory uncertainty that investors should monitor closely.
