Regaal Resources reported annual revenue from operations of Rs 1,134.17 crore for FY26, up 20.8% from Rs 938.71 crore in FY25. Net profit (PAT) grew to Rs 55.56 crore from Rs 47.67 crore, a 16.5% increase. The company completed its IPO in August 2025 raising Rs 2,099.93 million and has expanded its crushing capacity from 825 TPD to 1,650 TPD. An exceptional item of Rs 66.57 million was provisioned due to a SGST subsidy refund issue with certain distributors. Auditors Singhi & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.25 per share (5%) for FY26.
Strong revenue growth driven by capacity expansion and new product facilities. However, PAT growth lagged revenue growth and EPS declined due to increased share count from IPO. The SGST subsidy issue carries some contingent liability risk but management expects further impact to be immaterial.
