Profit After Tax jumped around 153% to Rs. 498 lakhs (vs Rs. 197 lakhs), while Q4 PAT stood at Rs. 259 lakhs (vs Rs. 75 lakhs). The board approved audited results with an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditors KNSG & Co LLP. During the year, the company raised about Rs. 25.81 crore via preferential issue of convertible warrants (75% fully paid up) for working capital and general corporate purposes. Shailendra Roy & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY25. Company Secretary and Internal Auditor Prashant Khera resigned effective 9 April 2025 citing personal reasons.
A clean audit opinion and sharp profit growth are positive signals, but the sudden exit of the Company Secretary cum Internal Auditor — with no replacement named yet — may raise governance concerns among shareholders.
